The short version
We only collect what we need to answer your message or build and run your website. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, your current website if you have one, and whatever you write in the message field. If you become a client, we also collect the details and photos we use to build and maintain your site.
Cookies
Brenmore doesn't set cookies. None, first party or third party. We don't use local storage either. Nothing on this site tracks you across visits or across the web.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how the site is doing: page views, where visitors come from, and general device and location categories. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, build your website, keep it running, and stay in touch about your account. That's the whole list.
Who we share it with
The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that emails your submission to us. Web3Forms processes your IP address as part of that delivery. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard request logs that include IP addresses. We also use an email service to write back to you. That's everyone. We never sell your information or hand it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Contact form enquiries live in our email like any other business correspondence. If you become a client, we keep the details and photos used for your site for as long as you're a client, and we delete them on request after you cancel.
Your choices and rights
Email hello@brenmore.com to ask what we have on file about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll take care of it.
California residents
We don't sell or share personal information as defined by California privacy law. If you're a California resident and want to know what we have on file, or want it deleted, use the same email above.
Children
Brenmore is a service for businesses. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
